Over the last few years, I’ve been working on Viddler as a hobby and it has evolved into a full-fledged video server application. I’ve been doing the heavy lifting of the backend for clients, and it’s paid off - based on the feedback I get from clients and former clients, one of the biggest benefits is their ability to upload videos to my server and view them online. Over time I’ve built out an easy to use, CLI interface to Viddler, but it always felt like something was missing. Viddler is so cool because you can use it to share a single video stream to others via a URL, but now I want to give users the ability to “publish” and “subscribe” to Viddler streams, in a way that’s not only easy to use, but also very scalable. I’ve been working on it for about the last 6 months and it’s finally ready for primetime. The new Viddler Publish” module is live now and allows you to easily publish your Viddler stream to places like your own website, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, or even YouTube. The new module also allows you to easily subscribe to Viddler streams from your websites or social media sites, and not only does this reduce your publishing traffic, but provides your subscribers with the ability to get notifications whenever you publish new videos. For example, if you’re a fan of our videos, you can subscribe to our videos, and get notifications whenever we publish new videos. It’s so easy to setup a Viddler subscription - no clunky web forms to fill out, just install the module and you’re done. The new module is now available as an open-source project on GitHub , so feel free to fork it and download it to your server, or even install it on your own server. If you’re using
In the previous post , we have seen how to develop a simple app for Android. This time we will build another app, an app which is more advanced than the previous one. If you have found the name of the previous app Kart-Wars then don’t worry, the name of the new app will be just Kart-Wars 2. In this app, we will use an algorithm to fight against the opponent, rather than just racing. In this article, we will cover the following topics:
LittleBigPlanet was also released for the Xbox 360 and Wii on 29 October 2008. The Xbox 360 version is a download-only game, whereas the Wii version is a full retail game. The Xbox 360 version of LittleBigPlanet is compatible with the Xbox 360 Dashboard[113] and the PlayStation 3's Remote Play feature[114] and is free to download, however it does require an Internet connection to play. It is also possible to play LittleBigPlanet with the Xbox 360's Sixaxis motion controller, and use the Wii Remote's pointer function to navigate the game and use the touchscreen to access menus and commands.
SCEA has since clarified that they are currently asking for a refund on every copy of the game they sell. Other retailers are refusing to sell the game, and on October 19, 2008, NPD Group released a survey that found that of the 8,000 people surveyed, 7,300 did not want the game removed from their shelves.[76] 827ec27edc
