The police arrest Anton Damien (spoofing Anton De Kok) when they receive a tip-off. Chewbaboy interrupts the arrest with Polgas to explain that Anton Damien escapes at once using his Dingo Suit - a helicopter-style suit that resembles a Doberman. Dobermaxx and Chewbaboy track Anton Damien to his house with the help of a tricycle driver who recognizes Anton Damien in the disguise of a random skin. They proceed to the house's refuge in the territory of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster - a spoof of the Church of Scientology - where Anton Damien intends to paste over his face. An angry Dobermaxx stops him after he has begun and tells him that Noynoy is his grandson. He then dons his Dingo Suit to go save his grandson in the OCB headquarters. During the scuffle, an OCB officer named Berto Tumawo is killed. The two groups, Pugad Baboy and Black Eden, resolve to battle it out to the death. Martial law is declared as the general populace is caught in the middle.
