Im not quite sure why the magicjack is not available in the states and one of the things that really bother me is the lack of content. I have cable TIVO and I cannot imagine that most people want to pay another 20 dollars a month for what is on it. I don't have a 60 dollar monthly cable bill but I pay for what I want to watch. I would be more then willing to pay an extra 10 bucks a month or whatever if they gave me the online content that I want. That is one reason why my other ultimate dream is to get cnn in the house. They have online content for free and I would be willing to pay for it.

OK, I just checked my mail and the expiration date on my magicjack plus is Jan 7, 2008. I have had the same problem for 2 years and they have not been able to fix it. Looks like the older hardware is a little buggy. It is time to buy another (?) magicjack plus for the computer.

I would like to see magicjack expand into other content areas besides music and telephone calls. I dont care about the phone calls, just want to have the same convenience of when I am at home I have all the phone service that I want and I dont want to pay for it when I go out of town. I would be willing to see the cost increase to 75 dollars a month if the content was there. If I can get MySpace, CNN etc without having to pay those guys a fee then I am more than willing.

I have a MagicJack Plus and it has worked great for me. My problem I had was that my broadband connection was extremely slow. Once I got the MagicJack Plus it was fine. The thing I liked was that it worked with my WiFi just like my cable box did. Also, the fact that it was on WiFi was a bonus.

I know this is a common issue and they are working on it. However, I would like them to include the monthly cost for WiFi service. If you decide to try MagicJack I would give them a try. They provide great customer service and their prices are very reasonable.

The last time I had a cable box I had to pay about $15 a month for the cable box. I also had to pay for the WiFi service. With MagicJack I only pay $5 a month for both services. However, they do have a $15 setup fee.

I had been using a cable box for about 10 years and was ready for a change. After reading up on MagicJack I decided to try it out. I really like what I have seen. The customer service is really good. I was even able to call them and speak to someone in less than 10 minutes.

I have been using MagicJack for over a year now and have had no problems. My only concern is about the monthly service fees. I do think that it is more reasonable than the cable companies since you pay for both the internet and the cable for the same price. However, I believe that there are some small fees included for the use of the WiFi.

It would be great to have a good quality service on a smart phone for out of town friends and family but I am not putting up with the 4.5 hour dialling time (it is not just a question of dialling time but it takes so long to clear it). I have been following the magicjack plus saga for years and have never been impressed by their service and the best that can be said about them is that they last longer than their competitors. 827ec27edc
